EVO needs your user information in order for all of its features to work properly, but it wouldn't dream of using your data without your consent.
Sign in to EVO and click search in the left menu. Search for the products you're interested in. Clicking on a search result will show you more details about the product and the different formats available for download. Just select the format you prefer, and you're done!
Go to the bottom of the left menu and click on account settings. There, you'll be able to specify your default download folder.

No, unfortunately, that isn't possible – at least, not yet. What you can do is tag your local content, and use the tagging feature to filter your objects accordingly.
No, but you will be able to very soon. For now, you can choose whether you want to make your BIMboard public or not while creating or editing it.
Not yet, the EVO app is using the bleeding latest features not supported on the portal yet. However, when the portal get updated, you can share your BIMboards to anyone.
Currently, your tags are only visible to you, but we're working on extending the feature so that you can let other users see them, too.
